Sr. Director-Strategy and Product Management

As the Senior Director of Strategy, you will collaborate together with the VP of Strategy & Product Management, to drive various strategic initiatives within the Investor Communications Solutions (ICS) division at Broadridge. Specific responsibilities will include:

You will design, support and drive strategic initiatives. Collaborate with the business lines and their strategy leads to translate strategies into targeted actions.
Identify and drive key critical initiatives at the ICS and business line levels which support growth (e.g., business building, product management and pricing)
You will team up with internal partners to incubate new ideas for strategic investments.
Support the Product Management organization through identification and socializing of standard methodologies as well as provide content support for product reviews and product roadmaps
You will build and maintain broad-based relationships with business partners, ICS senior management and with industry and professional networks to assist in development initiatives.

Ideal Experience:

3-4 years' strategy consulting work experience in an intense work environment ideally gained in leadership positions with growing responsibility within a blue chip consulting firm or financial services firm.
1-2 years' experience in the financial services sector across one or more of Broadridge's core client segments -- banks and broker-dealers, mutual funds or institutional investors.
Experience in a dynamic setting; passionate about the potential strategic options facing Broadridge.
Experience working in the context of a large, complex, global organization where working across boundaries, developing strong organizational relationships, and leading through influence are keys to success.
Excellent academic background; undergraduate degree coupled with graduate degree in business from a top-ranked university.

You will be based in the NYC Metropolitan area with occasional travel to Broadridge offices around the U.S., U.K. and Canada.
