Sr. Digital Strategist

We are looking for a Sr. Digital Strategist to join our team. Broadridge Digital delivers PaaS technologies that enable channel partners to compete with new digital solutions with essential communications, identity and preference management, data storage and analytics. The ideal candidate will have experience creating a strategy in the digital space and then implementing it.

You'll help to build the digital strategy for Broadridge, ensuring alignment with business units
You will find opportunities for M&A and business development
You will utilize your strong attention to detail, combined with an ability to see and explain the big picture
You will research current and new industry trends, technologies, and Cloud software development
You'll build and develop business cases, and articulate the value proposition
Work closely with Business & Partner governance to ensure digital strategy aligns with business unit priorities.
Identify potential partners and acquisition opportunities
You will represent us at conferences and networking events

Requirements and Competencies:

Master of Business Administration (MBA) desired
5+ years in a business strategist or business development role
As a great translator; you are able to speak the language of technology and of business teams
Experience working in a multi-disciplinary environment made up of strategists, innovators, product managers, and technologists
2+ years Digital Product experience, developing innovative digital business models
Experience managing client or vendor relationships
Outstanding organization skills with the ability to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment.
Ability to thrive despite ambiguity, change, and shifting priorities
Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives and technical and non-technical team members alike
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills
Relationship building skills conducive to collaboration with peers, brand leaders, and other senior management throughout the company
Flexibility to work from our offices in Deer Park, Long Island, as appropriate
