Sr Business Systems Analyst

Broadridge is growing. We are currently recruiting for a dynamic Sr Business Systems Analyst to join our Global Finance team in Deer Park. In this role, you will analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Providing techno-functional expertise, you will identify, evaluate and develop systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. You'll configure system settings and options; plan and execute unit, integration and acceptance testing; and build specifications for systems to meet business requirements. You will creatively design details of automated systems. You may provide consultation to users in the area of the automated systems. You may also lead multi-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. This role also involves working closely with procure to pay and Source to Contract business teams globally.

Primary Responsibilities:

Work as part of an agile team, building trust with the business to achieve organizational, business owner, and process owner goals
Lead the communication process to gather requirements from product and business owners as well as conveying requirements to team members
Contribute to building the IT applications roadmap
Play a critical role in the story grooming process, helping to align the team to a minimum viable product
Collaborate with various IT stakeholders and delivery functions as part of Global team
Coordinate day-to-day IT activities and work closely with representatives from Operations, Finance, Legal ensure IT needs are met
Work collaboratively across functional boundaries and across multiple organizational levels to drive results
Provide front line support to Finance & Accounting department: work directly with SMEs to resolve application issues and with Oracle to resolve service requests


Expert in the Financials (GL flows / functionality) components of eBS (Expenses, Collections, Project Accounting, Receivables, Procurement, Payables, Fixed Assets, EBtax, AME)
Experience with implementation of Oracle configurations/setups for e-Business Suite release 12 including functional module setups, profile options and flex-fields. Experience with Oracle Cloud Service a plus
Ability to understand technical table structures and research data in those structures using tools such as SQL to resolve issues
Strong experience in implementation and supporting financial month end close processes in Oracle Applications ERP (R12)
