Senior GSCA Lead Specialist
Broadridge is growing. We are seeking a Senior GSCA Lead Specialist to join our Global Securities Class Actions (GSCA) team in Deer Park. In this role, using your extensive expertise in GSCA (specifically GSCA claims and data processing), you will become the authority in GSCA Operations for our clients as well as other internal stakeholders and business partners.
You will lead individuals or teams responsible for managing client service delivery and data operations. You'll initiate and execute projects related to operational efficiencies and improvements. You will recommend and develop new solutions for internal processes as well as any ad-hoc client requirements.

You will work directly with Client Service (CS) and Operations team to ensure smooth operations.
You'll investigate and document workflows, business procedures, etc. and recommend changes.
You'll participate in client service matters relating to the resolution of client/claimant inquiries.
You will distribute periodic metrics reports to senior staff and other partners.
You'll act as our GSCA SME and develop existing team industry awareness and processing expertise.
You will work with development of various systems applications to affect enhanced service offering, process improvement and cost efficiency initiatives
You'll continually strive to stay on top of client issues through close partnerships with CS and sales teams as well as direct contact with clients
You will provide industry guidance or insight regarding new or complex claim or data requirements.
10 years' working experience in GSCA
Knowledge of Security Class Actions processing
Strong analytical and process management skills
Experience with managing teams
Proficient in all MS Office Applications MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point, Visio
Excellent oral and written communication skills
People oriented with ability to educate and share knowledge across cross-functional environment
Ability to work under tight deadlines and on multiple initiatives
