Senior Director Oracle/Java-J2EE development- Corporate Actions

We're seeking a Director of Oracle/Java-J2EE development to design and lead our Oracle/Java development projects for new and current products. You'll provides technical leadership to the development staff in our GTO division.
You'll be responsible for the complete SDLC
Participate in the overall planning and execution of development objectives
You will lead development efforts with internal and external interfaces
You'll ensure all development processes and practices are completely and consistently followed
Maintain the consistently high quality of the software code
Ensure coverage by unit tests and/or automated testing routines
You will work with peers and management to develop process standards and/or improvements to prevent re-occurrence of Development-related issues
You will partner with peers, management, senior managers and business users to identify, bring together, and understand their goals and to formulate strategies to support them, while prioritizing requests and staying within deadlines
You'll work collaboratively with team to build and share technology vision on an ongoing basis
2-3 years of managerial experience in a ORACLE/Java development environment
7+ years of experience in ORACLE/Java-J2EE Development
Extensive technical experience and development expertise in Core Java, J2EE, ORACLE Database, .NET, C#, C++, JSP,Servlets, Struts, Webservices, Spring, Hibernate, Java Script, JQuery, WPF, WINFORMS and AJAX.
Possess advanced knowledge of object-oriented design and development (OOA/OOD) and the J2EE framework and data architectures.
You should have the ability to work with complex requirements and specification documents, and devise and develop appropriate software solutions
BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
Working knowledge of Linux, Amazon AWS EC2/S3/RDS
Experience working with and applying Design patterns to solve problems.
You should possess experience in Agile development methodologies
possess corporate actions processing financial industry experience
Good analytical skills in assessing user, functional and technical requirements
Good problem solving, troubleshooting and communication skills
