Scrum Master

Broadridge is growing! We are currently hiring a Full Time, Direct to Hire Scrum Master based out of our Boston, MA office. You will work with developers, testers and product managers to manage agile projects for Broadridge's Revenue and Expense Management software offering.

Job Responsibilities

You'll ensure the successful completion of assigned projects and programs through effective facilitation and leadership
You will guide and coach the team and organization to follow Agile/Scrum practices along with become self-organized
You'll help the team assess their 'Scrum Maturity' and higher levels of maturity
You will improve visibility within and outside of the team
You'll track and report status through consistent, standardized dashboards and metric reporting

Remove blockers and impediments
You will build a safe and unquestioning environment where conflicts can be handled in a healthy way without fear of blame
You'll be responsible for supporting and mentoring the Product Owner and key partners on Agile/Scrum practice

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of project management experience; leading complex technical projects or multiple projects combined into a program with proven success
3+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role for a software development team
Consistent track record for delivering results
Good skills and knowledge of facilitation, continuous improvement, empowerment, visibility and servant leadership
Experience in communicating project status with management
Knowledge of Agile approaches -- Kanban, Scrum, etc.
Knowledge and experience with Agile techniques -- Automated Testing, User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Testing, Pairing, Agile Games, etc.
PMP or Scrum certification a Plus
