Program Manager, Client Services - Contract

Broadridge is growing. We are seeking a Project Manager, Client Services expert to work in our Edgewood, Long Island Office or Kansas City Office to join our team. As our Project Manager, you will work with our internal team to migrate clients to redistribute clients and ensure a smooth transition with workload and client needs. You will work jointly with Client and internal Broadridge resources to facilitate smooth project delivery on-time and on-budget, ensuring client happiness and reference-ability. You will work within the Client Relations team to coordinate client assignments as a result of changes to team structure. You should have fundamental project management skills and should be able to advise the group on tactical approaches to meet the project objectives. Ideally you will have some background with organizational changes that result in workload redistribution, particularly when external clients are involved. The point here is that we will be looking for guidance on defining and establishing a strategy as much as oversight of the execution of the strategy. This is a temporary contract role.

Responsibilities:

You will partake in Project Organization -- Project Plan Creation,--Client and Management Project Reporting
Project Organization - Site Survey - Client Training,
You will ensure client happiness during transition
You will support the client's live and post conversion activities
You will craft and closely monitor the project plan. You will monitor project budget and review project billing for accuracy
You will conduct training sessions
You will document client's current processes and identify gaps resulting in improvements, development needs or procedural changes
You will coordinate project resources internally and externally, ensuring all deadlines are met

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education preferred
5 - 7 years of experience in Client Services and/or Project Management
Strong people skills, particularly working with difficult clients
Ability to work on multiple tasks under pressure and conflicting deadlines as well as work with other Broadridge departments on a variety of issues
Strong oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to clients changing needs and wants, within a widely dynamic client base
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent customer services skills

Consultant/Project Manager to help devise a strategy for client support assignment reallocation and then oversee the roll out of the strategy. We are looking for a short term (~8-12 months) resource to work within the Client Relations team to coordinate client assignments as a result of changes to team structure. This resource should have fundamental project management skills and should be able to advise the group on tactical approaches to meet the project objectives. Ideally the resource should have some background with organizational changes that result in workload redistribution, particularly when external clients are involved. The point here is that we will be looking for guidance on defining and establishing a strategy as much as oversight of the execution of the strategy. The resource would be working with multiple teams that are location in all BRCC locations. Preferably, we are looking for candidates that would be based in Edgewood, NY or Kansas City, MO. However, physical location may not be the primary factor in choosing the most qualified resource.
