Product Manager-Marketing Communications

The Mutual Fund and Retirement Solutions (MFRS) Marketing & Regulatory Communications business supports complex communication solutions for a growing client base, with a focus on asset management, employer benefits, retirement, and annuity industries, as well as for related industries such as brokerage and insurance.

The MFRS Communications Product Manager is a key leader within the team who will assume product responsibility for bringing to market and rolling out a new marketing communication product. In addition, the MFRS Communications Product Manager will lead product management activities to define new use cases and market opportunities.

Within this role, you will be afforded opportunities for identifying new opportunities across the purview of financial services industries we serve. You will utilize rigorous product management practices to lead key initiatives from concept to market accurately and on time. You will be relied on to ensure key initiatives are well understood by a multitude of stakeholders internally through written, web enabled and in-person communications.

Provide leadership and take a hands-on role executing a strategic Product Management initiative leading a key new product to market
Work closely with each of the members of the Product Management team representing assigned product responsibilities as part of the overall MFRS Communications product strategy
Assist in the establishment and evolution of formalized Product Management processes and technologies.
Collaborate with Account Management, Client Services, Project Management, IT, QA and Operations teams to ensure that each group has input into new products and product management initiatives
Take responsibility for defining product documentation and ensuring these materials are complete and up to date
Research and document recommendations, scope and wireframes for new product or technology enhancements with input from product team, project management, creative, client service and other key stakeholders.
Assist in planning and coordinating Product Launch events, such as client webinars and/or user forums.
Design and conduct trials to test various print and digital marketing communications product and feature launches
Serve as an advocate for the department across Broadridge and client leadership. Preferred Qualifications:

At least 5 years of financial services industry experience required
At least 3 years of leadership experience within the domains of Product Management, Client Management and/or PMO
Experience within Asset Management, Retirement, Healthcare or Annuity industries required
Proven ability to lead analysis, design and execution for high-impact product, project, or process initiatives
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Advanced degree(s) or applicable credentials or designations a plus
