As an Operations Associate in Transfer Agency Operations -Broadridge Corporate Issuer Solutions (BCIS), you will handle the transfer agent processing for publicly and privately issued securities. You will have a shared responsibility with both the Reconciliation and Finance teams.
From an operational perspective, you'll be responsible for reconciling various processes and functions, including corporate actions, share/fund balances and transactions, purchases/sales, and DTC. The Finance aspect will focus more on bank/fiduciary side and working with the PROactive reconciliation tool.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior financial operations or accounting experience is beneficial
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Strong attention to detail
