Manager, Sales Education

Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking a Manager, Sales Education in our Edgewood, NY office. In this position you will work with the Senior Director of Product Knowledge in our Investor Communications Business. Your primary role will be to lead the design and deployment of education curricula for the Sales and Account Management teams within our Bank, Broker-Dealer and Issuer business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with the business to understand new capabilities coming to market, updated messaging and strategies that will help sell more solutions
  • Build skills assessment programs to figure out internal competencies (at all levels)
  • Develop creative learning programs to educate the team on business improvements and upcoming capabilities/services
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the business, championing sales enablement tools, materials and resources needed throughout the sales cycle
  • Utilize advanced learning methodologies to craft effective programs that will support the sales organization
  • Run curricula, learning credits and housing of learning components
  • Measure effectiveness of the programs developed and provide updates to management
  • Project and lead sales process initiatives being rolled out to the sales organization
  • Implement sales playbooks (manually at first, with consideration for implementation into SFDC)
  • Work with vendors to build formal education that may be needed (i.e. product and/or solutions)


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years’ work experience in the areas of management and leadership development, organization development, training, design and facilitation; marketing experience a plus
  • Knowledge and understanding of current Learning and Development methodologies and other standard methodologies
  • Strong project management skills; successful track record leading multiple projects with appreciation for measurement
  • Excellent analytical skills; experience using and presenting data to make decisions
  • Knowledge of financial services, mutual funds and other security types
  • Ability to think strategically and interact with senior leaders in a credible manner
  • Willingness to work hard to understand needs; develop training and influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
  • Tenacity in overcoming external and internal roadblocks
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills; experience working with sales teams a plus
  • Passionate about execution
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of SalesForce
