Management Training Program 2017

Broadridge is currently seeking candidates for our 2017 Management Training Program!

As a Management Trainee, you will gain business experience through a series of job rotations within the Investor Communication Solutions (ICS) and Sales businesses. You’ll spend time with our leaders in various functions including Client Services, Production Operations, Finance, and Sales, and receive invaluable mentorship as well. Our goal is to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the business and a keen leadership foundation that will enable you to add to our success in providing World Class Service to our clients.

The Broadridge Management Training Program is a 8-month rotational learning experience which starts in July 2017. During the program, you will have the opportunity to observe, participate and report on business processes and gain valuable insight on our best management practices. You will collaborate with fellow Management Trainees to create and deliver group presentations to the leadership team at the conclusion of each rotational phase. To ensure your continued development, you will receive performance feedback throughout your job rotations. In addition, you’ll engage in developmental activities inside and outside of Broadridge including senior management and departmental meetings, workshops and discussions, as well as associate networking events. At the completion of the Management Training Program, you will be placed in either a front-line supervisory or individual contributor role within Sales, Production Operations, Client Services or Finance, where you will immediately be able to apply your newly developed leadership and management skills.

  • New or recent college graduate with BA/BS in Business Management, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Technology or other related fields.
  • GPA: 3.0+.
  • Demonstrated prior work/leadership experiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent time-management skills and flexibility.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to meet and exceed the demands of strict deadlines.
  • Strong focus on productivity, quality and efficiency.
