Lead Technical Support Analyst

Our Corporate Issuer Services team is growing, and we have a superb opportunity for a Lead Technical Support Analyst. You will handle BCIS Portal development and support processes. You'll lead teams in solving problems and correcting Portal related issues to deliver superior service to our clients. We can offer a unique role that is a mix of technical and financial services operational skills.

You will serve as the Portal authority and conduct ongoing validation of any processes, initiatives, programs and support of the systems.
Develop and execute Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Strategies
You will perform IDM entitlements for client portal
Provide Sr. Level day-to-day application support for Client, Shareholder, TA Admin, and DSPP portals.
You'll also perform administrative functions like new client setup, Cognos folders, plan docs.
Manage Portal entitlement process.
You'll coordinate production releases and perform validations
You will provide Sr. leaders with the necessary information on all system and application incidents or issues.
Assist in requirements gathering for the development process.
Perform Fraud research, mitigation and monitoring ·

Skills and Competencies

B.S. degree or equivalent.
Experience in an operational support role.
Financial services operational experience is a plus. (Transfer Agent, Broker, Bank,etc)
Incident and analytical skills. Ability to research and handle a production issue, bringing in appropriate development/support teams when needed.
Knowledge of the SLDC.
Knowledge of end-user testing and developing QA test plans
Problem and Change management experience.
Knowledge of web-based architecture.
Some basic programming knowledge. .Net preferred
Some basic knowledge of Authentication/Internet Security
Some basic Database/SQL knowledge
