Lead Support Analyst

The Lead Portal Support Analyst manages Tax Portal development and support processes for our Tax business. You'll coordinate teams in troubleshooting and correcting Portal related issues. You will also perform Portal administrative functions, and requirement gathering for projects. You will handle ongoing client support for Nextgen portal.

Coordinate teams in troubleshooting and correcting portal related issues.
Serve as the Portal subject matter expert and conducts ongoing validation of any processes, initiatives, programs and support of the systems.
You will assume a business Analyst role in requirement gathering for portal projects.
Business oversight of the SLDC for portal projects.
Develop and execute Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Strategies
Coordinate production releases and coordinate business validations
Perform administrative functions like new client setup, training and support.

Requirements:

BS degree is CS or equivalent.
Experience working with clients in support of web based applications.
Experience in gathering and writing requirements.
Experience in incident management.
Project management experience a plus.
Experience is QA testing a plus.
