Lead Client Service Representative

Broadridge continues to grow! We are excited to be expanding our fast-growing team with this new opportunity. We are actively seeking a Lead Client Service Representative to join our Transfer Agent Division. In this role, you will manage our client relationships, where integrity, client focus and a broad understanding of stock transfer are essential. You will be responsible to administer and retain a portfolio of clients, working with various teams and vendors to ensure achievement of performance measures.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies
Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
Alert the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients
Inform clients of available products the company offers
Conduct client visits and quarterly business reviews
Achieve targets and deliverables as set by the management team
Work closely with both internal and external business partners to streamline client deliverables
Identify, advance and resolve areas of concern as raised by clients
Carry out client satisfaction surveys and reviews
Monitor company performance against service level agreements and flag potential issues
Liaise with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively

Qualifications:

You should possess 2+years' experience in a client relations role or equivalent experience
BA/BS degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and outstanding negotiation skills
Ability to prioritize effectively, multitask, and manage time appropriately with a keen attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to problem solve and work in a collaborative and dynamic environment
A self-starter with the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently across departments, with staff, senior management and clients
Provide extraordinary client service to our clients
Ability to manage Transfer Agent functions i.e. IPO's, stock option exercises and restricted stock vesting, dividends and Corp. Actions.
Maintain favorable client relationships in order to identify additional service needs
Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
