Implementations Manager

Reporting to the Head of Implementation Configuration Services, the PROactive Implementations Manager will be responsible for implementations of the PROactive product set, covering both EMEA and US. The role will focus on delivering high quality implementations to our clients, timely and efficient consulting and continuous improvements to our implementations approach and execution.


Responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Manage the project delivery process to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with Project Managers to manage resource allocation and assignments, with an aim to maximising project and professional services revenue
  • Perform regular capacity planning and reporting to the department and management team
  • Actively monitor, review and improve our implementation processes; we expect the Implementation Manager to provide hands-on leadership to improve and further develop our professional standards
  • Manage, plan and further implement quality and performance measures
  • Collaborate with the Development, Technical and Product Management teams on the R&D and product roadmap processes
  • Escalate any potential client or project issues to senior management
  • Assist in the pre-sales process by providing Implementations estimates and being accountable for the Implementations sections of RFI and RFP responses, and sales proposals
  • Managing, enhancing and delivering our PROactive Partner Accreditation Programme

A successful candidate for this role will exhibit:

  • The ability to manage and deliver multiple client projects effectively and efficiently in the financial services industry
  • Experience in either PROactive products, Intellimatch, SmartStream TLM and other reconciliation products
  • Leadership and motivational skills

  • A good understanding of project management concepts, such as PRINCE2 and Agile, and a strong project delivery background
