Fiduciary Services/Mutual Fund Analyst

Broadridge's Fiduciary Services business is seeking a new Fiduciary Services /Mutual Fund Analyst to join our growing team. As the FSA, you will serve as the primary liaison between Broadridge and our clients during the contract renewal (15c) process, as required by the Investment Company Act of 1940, and create ad-hoc requests, as needed. You'll communicate our methodology to clients as well as act as project manager to ensure reports are crafted accurately and on-time. In this role, you have the opportunity to heavily influence our corporate reputation as the leading third-party provider of fiduciary reports in the mutual fund industry.

General Responsibilities:

You will supply specialized analyses of funds and fund advice to corporate and/or institutional clients in an assessment of the performance of a fund manager, specifically related to Section 15(c)
You'll perform due diligence, statistical analysis and documentation in support of 15(c) client needs
You'll implement and explain Broadridge's methodology to both internal and external partners
You'll guide our clients during contract renewal 15(c) process and you'll create ad hoc requests
You will lead all phases of production and packaging of 15(c) materials
You will train and mentor colleagues
You'll perform quality control checks on completed projects, as needed

Excel, Word, InDesign, PowerPoint, Acrobat experience preferred

Key qualifications

Minimum two years direct experience working on 15(c)
Proven ability to successfully lead 15(c) projects of greater than 50 funds
College degree required
Mutual fund or finance industry experience preferred
Proven successful project management skills
Ability to combine information from various sources
Excel, Word, InDesign, PowerPoint, Acrobat preferred
