Client Services Representative - Contract

Broadridge is growing. We are seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team in our Duluth, MN office. As our Client Service Rep, will be responsible for providing production support to corporate clients (not end users) who utilize our website product. This role will interact directly with Production/Software Engineers, Business Systems Analysts, Helpdesk team members, Data Services and Clients. It is a temporary, Contract role.

Responsibilities:

You'll be responsible every single day for receiving incidents and requests from clients.
You will troubleshoot and triage client issues or escalating to internal resources.
You''ll be monitoring, tracking and communicating throughout the lifecycle of an incident or service request.
You take ownership of production related incidents including communication, critical issues/concerns and follow-up for root cause analysis.
You'll audit production jobs
You can communicate and facilitate tasks internally based on client need and set priorities accordingly
Partnering with sales organization to facilitate appropriate billing based on the Statement of Work and client requests
You are the point of contact for account based questions and clarification for internal team members such as the help desk, accounting, Application Development

Required Skill:

Highly motivated self-starter willing and able to learn a great deal of information in a short period of time
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excels at assessing situations and providing guidance and problem solving
Ability to lead internal and external meetings
Ability to grasp technical concepts and interact with technical and production personnel
Strong customer service skills, Proven communication skills, ability to carry-on a positive conversation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict deadlines
Deep understanding of MS Office suite products, including strong MS Excel, MS Word skills
Experience with campaign management tools is a plus
