Client Service Representative, Service Delivery
Broadridge is growing. We are seeking a Client Service Representative to join our Client Service team in our Newark, NJ office. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all production issues for designated clients. You will lead the relationship with your clients across all Broadridge applications. You will handle daily client activity and facilitate remedy review calls with clients.

You will track all open issues and keep our clients updated on the status of their issues in a timely and accurate manner
You will open and maintain remedy tickets for all client issues
You will maintain current and accurate client profile on portal
You will facilitate weekly Client Remedy update calls
You will ensure all outstanding issues receive proper prioritization and get necessary focus to complete resolution of all issues in a timely manner
You will deal with day to day questions and issues of Clients
You will review and discuss improvement requests
You will conduct daily, weekly and monthly metrics reporting
0-1 years of experience in a client service/customer service role or equivalent experience
Familiarity with all Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook etc.)
A self-starter with a keen attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain a positive relationship with clients to ensure their happiness
SQL experience a plus
