Client Project Administrator (Hybrid)

As a Client Project Administrator you will play a vital role in managing internal aspects of a Registered Issuer client's project, ensuring timely and efficient progress. This position involves analyzing departmental operations to enhance efficiency, providing accurate reporting to internal departments, and developing an understanding of the securities industry. Client Project Administrators also communicate effectively, partner with other departments, and support in managing all internal aspects of a Registered Issuer client's project.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all internal aspects of a Registered Issuer client's project, managing the internal flow and follow up.
  • Analyzes departmental and organizational operations and recommends ways to improve efficiency.
  • Performs day-to-day assigned functions in the specified timeframe to ensure that our client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Provides timely and accurate reporting to Client Relations team and all internal departments regarding mailing status, and other inquiries and issues that may arise during a project.
  • Updates and monitors internal reports to ensure the timely and efficient progress of each project.
  • Draws on daily tasks and interactions to further develop understanding of ICS and the securities industry.
  • Appropriately communicates and escalates internal client concern in an appropriate fashion avoiding unnecessary personal and client anxiety.
  • Supports and contributes to the Broadridge culture by maintaining and permeating an above the line attitude.
  • Solves a range of straightforward problems.
  • Partner with Sr. Client Relations Administrator and Key Account Managers to manage campaigns effectively.
  • Supports and contributes to the Broadridge culture by maintaining and permeating an above-the-line attitude.
  • Partner with internal departments to ensure understanding of project plans and gain commitment to meet client's deadlines and overall projects.
  • Assist in developing and re-imagining client facing documents and reports. I.E.: estimates quantities, mail method options, share ranges, business reviews (project package).
  • Understands how the assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with others in the discipline.
  • Accountable for the entire project until the campaign is completed.
  • Responsible for keeping all procedures updated and working on projects to ensure the team stays in compliance with ISO standards.
  • Share information, knowledge, and experience within the team and across team boundaries.
Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Education and/or experience equivalent to a BS degree in Business Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
  • Efficiency enhancement and process improvement.
  • Effective communication and partnership.
  • In-depth understanding of project management.
  • Compliance with industry standards.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proven project management abilities.
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $25 - $28 hourly. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
