Client Engagement Lead

Broadridge is growing. We are seeking a Client Engagement Lead to join our Newark, NJ office. In this role, you will serve as the centralized point of contact for the client on production, test and projects. You will act as a liaison and navigate the organization on behalf of the client ensure effective achievement of objectives. You will be expected to acquire a deep understanding of the customer clearing solution. You will assist the client in communication/navigation the organization through critical businesses changes and address complex issues.

Oversee projects that involve strategy development, organization restructuring, and management of the business to improve efficiencies.
Provide technical and business support for Project Coordinators and Consultants on projects.
Responsible for defining the client needs as well as leading the implementation/oversight of the complete project solution
Aid in the preparation/recommendations of process improvements and control changes in an effort to achieve desired end state.
Assists BA's in the creation of current state and future state documentation
Coordinate the preparation and documentation including process flows, controls and assessments
This role will primarily be based on the client's site in NY and NJ offices. (3-4 days a week at the client, 1 day at Broadridge's Newark office)


7-10 years of relevant experience with a BA/BS Degree in Business (Economics, Finance) or Mathematics, Computer Science
2-3 years of experience in services oriented, client facing role
Previous experience in a PMO capacity/program lead
Ideally experience in an operations, trading, prime brokerage services group
Some financial industry experience or basic understanding of Capital Markets, Asset Management and/or Wealth Management
Previous experience with Impact preferred
Prior experience servicing multiple clients
Strong communicator who is able to articulate the client's views and expectations internally to Broadridge groups
Ability to engage at the senior level with Broadridge and client leadership
Ability to operate in a fast pass environment under pressure
Analytical process management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines
