Campus Relations/Diversity Recruiting Associate

Broadridge is growing! We are recruiting for a University Relations/Diversity Recruiting Associate to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team! As the Lead, you will play an integral role in our University and Diversity recruiting efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for management of campus, intern and training program recruitment and management across Broadridge Financial Solutions in the US, including but not limited to:
  • University Relations
  • Diversity Recruitment/outreach
  • Campus Recruitment
  • Performance Management
  • Promotion Process
  • Internal mobility and resourcing
  • Execute an Associate Training Program across business and functions including, but not limited to:
  • Assist in Curriculum / Content Creation
  • Budget management
  • Development and Coaching of new hires
  • Event facilitation
  • Adjustments based on feedback from both Associates and managers to ensure top quality content
  • Partner with the Recruiting Team, HR Business Partners, Talent Management, and Divisional COO's for full-time and summer intern hiring, including, but not limited to:
  • Helping to determine and establish annual summer intern, and Associate hiring targets
  • Ensure successful execution of on-campus recruiting goals
  • Drive the recruitment process (interviews, assessment days, information sessions and marketing to candidates, etc.)

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for divisional program lead communication that provide consistency -- emails, regular meetings, one-on-one discussions
  • Partner with Talent Management, HRBPs & COO's to ensure consistent Associate growth and development
  • Partner with COO and key stakeholders (including Talent Management, HRBPs, Business Heads) to ensure structure and direction of program is in line with business goals; implement changes required through the region
  • Complete ad-hoc requests, primarily around data and reports
  • Work with HR Business Partners to address Associate issues


  • Strong interest in working with and developing junior talent
  • Understanding of the Broadridge business preferred with strong interest in partnering with the business
  • Ability to work and partner effectively with Senior Management
  • Ability to establish, maintain, and influence strong internal and external relationships
