Associate, Operations

Job Summary

As an Operations (Data Recon) Associate on our growing team, you will document and analyze financial information. You'll also conduct research and analysis to provide management and Clients with accurate and timely data. Will work independently and within a team atmosphere to meet daily, monthly and annual objectives. While working with data provided from outside custodians, Data Recon Associates are responsible to perform all research necessary to provide accurate and reconciled data by accepted Service Level Agreements. You will work daily to maintain account accuracy while working toward monthly reporting deadline.

Preferred Qualifications

  • College Degree or Equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum of one year Trust operations experience is preferred.
  • Extensive use of PC and software applications is required.

Skills

  • Knowledge of basic business processes and computer applications (Trust Systems, Microsoft Excel and Word).
  • Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • You should have the ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines every single day.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Some securities processing (SEC, NSCC and ACH) preferred but not required.
