Associate Client Relations Administrator

Broadridge is growing, and we are excited to be expanding our team. We are seeking an Associate Client Relations Administrator to join our Deer Park, Long Island office. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth and successful onboarding of new clients. As the first point of contact for all new clients you will work to build and maintain client relationships while continually working to increase client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

On-boarding and training all new clients that come on board that utilize ProxyEdge, ProxyDisclosure and Trust clients.
First point of contact for all new clients and will be responsible for assigning a new client their login information, providing demos of the sites, as well as providing the client with documentation and transitioning them to their permanent Client Relationship Administrator.

Maintaining a small client base, performing demos of the products, working on projects with the Management team, light administrative work as well as working with Account Management and Sales teams.
Ability to interpret client instructions and level set expectations
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Outlook & Word
Proficiency in Access is a plus
Good Organization, customer service and analytical skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Establishes, builds and maintains contact with small-size clients in order to facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationship.
Researches and responds in a timely manner to accounts with straight forward processing rules meeting client needs and expectations..
Engages clients and assists them in understanding the Proxy Edge products.
Appropriately communicates and escalates external client concern in a fashion avoiding unnecessary personal and client anxiety.
Partners with other Mutual Fund team members, as well as other departments, to continually add efficiency to the day to day processes as well as to increase client satisfaction.
Monitors client onboarding from start to finish.

Qualifications:

1-2 years' experience in a client service and/or sales related role or equivalent experience
B.A/B.S Degree in Business Management or Computer/Management Information Systems or related field
Deep understanding of MS Office suite products (Excel, Word, Power point) and Macros required
Brokerage industry knowledge a plus
A self-starter who is highly adaptable with superb interpersonal skills and collaborative skills
Proven proficiency in maintaining client operations support, high client satisfaction, and overall client advocacy
Very detail oriented, ability to multi-task, and excellent time management and follow-up skills
