概要 (High-level Description; including manage team/individuals or not)

グループマネジャーとして以下の責任を果たす Fulfill the following responsibilities as a group manager.

  • 学会発表および論文(以下,publication)を通して BMS scientific data を届けることで医療に貢献する。 Contribute the medical value of BMS products and therapeutic areas through dissemination of scientific publications.
  • チームをリードし,人材を確保•アサイン•管理•開発し,健全な組織風土と価値観を醸成する。 Lead the assigned team. Recruit, assign, manage and develop talents. Nurture healthy organizational culture and values within the team.
  • 関連プロジェクトを牽引する。チームが行う publication の内容および質に関して説明責任を負う。Drive related projects. Accountable for the contents and quality delivered from the team in terms of scientific publications.
  • 社内外ステークホルダーとの効果的なコミュニケーションを通じ円滑なオペレーションを確保する。 Secure smooth operation through effective communications with external/internal stakeholders.
  • 部門の一員として部門•部署の目的達成やシステム•プロセス改善に積極的に貢献する。 Actively contribute to the objectives achievement and system / process improvement of Division / Department as a member of Japan Medical.
  • World Wide Medical Capabilities (WWMC)の一員として,BMSKK 社内関係者および米本社,Japan-medical capabilities,アライアンスパートナー との協力•連携を通じ BMS Medical Publication の Value Statement の実現に尽力する。 Contribute to realize the Value Statement of BMS Medical Publication as a member of WW Medical Capabilities through the collaboration and cooperation with BMSKK internal stakeholder, Head Quarter, Japan-medical capabilities and alliance companies.

役割 (Roles & responsibilities)

1) チーム運営 Team Management
  • チームの目標を設定し,チームメンバーが賛同する形で周知し,チームメンバーの活動をチーム目標にアラインする。 Set the team objectives, share the objectives within the team with full consensus, and align the team members' activities to the objectives.
  • チーム内の業務分担,業務量,業務フローを設計•最適化する。必要に応じリソース調整や部署間フロー改善を提案•実施する。Design and optimize the responsibility allocation, task amount and job flow within the team. Propose and implement resource addition/reallocation and/or job flow improvement across departments when necessary.
  • チームメンバーの知識•スキルの継続的向上を図る。 Continuously upgrade the knowledge and skills of the team members.
  • 各種活動のスケジュール•予算を管理し,問題を特定•解決する。 Manage the schedule and budget of the responsible activities/projects, identify the issues and solve them.

2) 部門•部署業務 Department / Division Contribution
  • 部門•部署の目的達成に尽力する。 Make utmost efforts to achieve Division / Department objectives.

3) Publication プロジェクト Publication projects
  • 国内外での publication のために,プロジェクトチームとの連携のもと,適時性のある,正確で効果的な仕組みを標準化,運営し,説明 責任を行う。 Accountable for standardize the timely, accurate, effective procedure, and tracking the process of domestic and international congress presentation and scientific paper in collaboration with project team members.
  • Medical lead および HEOR が行う publication プロジェクトのプロセスに関するモニターとサポートを行う。 Monitor and support process for publication projects led by Medical Lead and HEOR.
  • Publication タイミング,budget およびリソースに関する publication プロジェクトリストを保持し,リクエストに応じて報告する。 Maintain a list of publication projects including timing, budget and resources. Report them upon request.
  • ローカルレベルでの publication マニュアルを作成,アップデートする。また,BMSKK 関係者へのトレーニングを遂行する。 Develop and update documents related to local publication manual. Conduct internal trainings for BMSKK internal stakeholders.
  • Publication 専門知識をもとに,またローカルの規制を遵守し,業界で要求される publication 作成プロセスを実行する。 Implementation required publication development process with medical publication expertise as well as compliance with local regulations.
  • ジャパンメディカル部門のビジョンに合致し,publication の価値を最大化する機会を特定する。 Identify opportunities where the value of medical publication activities is maximized in accordance with Japan Medical.

必要な知識/スキル (Required knowledge/skills)

Knowledge
  • Publication 作成に関する一般的な知識,ICMJE 推奨,GPP ガイドラインおよび BMS scientific publications SOP に関する知識 Knowledge of general process of publications, International committee of medical journal editors (ICMJE) recommendations, Good Publication Practice (GPP) guidelines, and BMS scientific publications SOP.
  • 医学,薬学あるいは生命科学の学位レベルの知識を有し,科学的,生理学的,薬理学的見地から BMS 製品に関連した話題を詳細に理解できる。担当疾患領域(疾患の発現機序,疫学,本邦典型的治療),担当製品についてメディカル部署に要求される水準の知識を有する。 Knowledge of medical, pharmaceutical or life-science field at advanced academic degree level. Can understand details of the topics related to BMS products from scientific, physiological and pharmacological viewpoint. Knowledge of assigned therapeutic area (disease mechanism, epidemiology and typical treatment in Japan) and products at medical function-required level.
  • 臨床開発,市販直後調査や市販後調査といった本邦の市販後安全性活動,そして本邦の医療システムについての基本的な知識,および医薬品のデータ構成に関する詳細な知識(医薬品開発の phase と構成,市販直後調査•市販後調査のデータの性質,申請資料の構成等)Basic knowledge about clinical development (Ph1-4), post-marketing safety monitoring activities such as EPPV and PMS in Japan, and healthcare system in Japan. Detailed knowledge about product-related data scheme including phases and composition of clinical development, characteristics of data from Japanese EPPV and PMS, architecture of Common Technical Document etc.
  • 日本の医薬品業界における医薬情報提供の基本的知識に関する知識(医療機関の要求水準,薬事法,公正競争規約,プロモーションコードおよびその他本邦の関連規制) Knowledge about Medical Information activities in Japanese industry including expected contents and level among HCP, Medical Affairs Law, Fair Competition Code (FCC), Promotion Code, and any other applicable regulations in Japan.

Experiences
  • 日本国外のカウンターパートと業務を行った経験1年以上One year or more experience to interact with counterpart(s) outside Japan in a working environment.
  • 製薬業界または医療分野での業務経験 3年以上 Three years or more experience in either pharmaceutical industry or healthcare field.
  • 直属の部下あるいは複数階層あるいはクロスファンクショナルなチームとして 3 名以上のチームを率いた経験 1 年以上 One year or more experiences in supervising three or more member team, either as direct repots or multi-layer or cross-functional team.

Qualifications
  • 医学•薬学•獣医学•生命科学分野の学士,さらにこれらの分野の博士が望ましい。 B.S. in medical / pharmaceutical / veterinarian / life-science area is preferable, in addition Ph.D. in these area is preferable. Medical publication 専門の資格保有者が望ましい。Holder of ISMPP Certified Medical Publication Professional (ISMPP CMPP) is preferable.
