The Role

  • Own, manage and grow the P&L for the region
  • Develop and deliver on short- and long-term business plans
  • Inspire and motivate our talented team members to achieve shared goals
  • Represent Brighton Jones in the region at community, industry, and other external events
  • Proactively attract and convert new prospects into clients
  • Partner with the service team to deliver an incredible client experience
  • Recruit exceptional new team members
  • Enhance a culture that engages and challenges employees to continuously learn and develop their careers

Your Experience

  • Bachelors’ degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA, JD, etc.)
  • 8+ years of proven experience and success managing a P&L
  • Entrepreneurial by nature; open to seizing opportunities, overcoming challenges, and thriving when dealing with complex and demanding situations
  • Passion and proven success in dynamic team management
  • Experienced in public speaking and representing brands/initiatives within the community
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Unquestioned ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
  • Demonstrated success in attracting and retaining prospective clients
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
