This position will support the tire manufacturing process at the LaVernge, TN Plant. Duties may include: producing and assembling components used in the manufacturing of truck & bus radial tires, assembling tires, product inspection, tow motor operation, warehousing, etc.
Teammates are required to work on a continuous operations schedule consisting of 12 hour shifts. A sample schedule is provided below:

Must be 18 years of age. Successful applicants must be able to pass all aspects of the hiring process including: pre-employment test, interview, background check, and pre-employment physical (including a urine drug screen).
Must be able to repetitively lift a minimum of 50 pounds and must be able to work 12 hour shifts (6 am - 6 pm or 6 pm - 6 am). Newly hired teammates will typically be assigned to the night shift, 6 pm - 6 am.
