Position Summary

HR Business Partner for 3 manufacturing locations Bristol, CT/ Youngwood, PA/Mt.Joy, PA supporting the Firestone Building Products business and approximately 100 teammates.



Recruit all open hourly/salaried positions with the mindset to attract/develop/retain top talent within the organization.


Maintain teammate development, benefit, payroll, and communication programs.


Promote teammate engagement through daily interactions and through coordinated plan/approach with location leadership.


Ensure development programs are in place and vibrant to support the growth of all teammates.


Ensure effective on-boarding of all new hires to the Bridgestone Essence as well as location expectations.


Promote a workplace that is respectful and which values diversity of thought, experience, and background.


Administer company policies, programs, and procedures developed to help managers, supervisors, and teammates effectively perform their roles.


Advise management in areas of teammate relations and act as advocate for teammates.


Display proficiency with all systems in support of daily operations including desktop software and HR/Business programs.


Manage/coordinate HR service delivery for 3 locations separated by a total of 500 miles.


Other job duties as assigned.


Bachelors degree and minimum 5 years of HR experience


Manufacturing HR experience a plus 


HR certifications​ a plus
