HR Field Consultant

Position Summary

The HR Field Consultant is embedded within the GCR HR team. This position will serve as an individual contributor with a primary focus on the talent strategy for the GCR field population. The role will work closely with field operation leaders and support staff to deliver on HR/TA initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting initiatives in a high-volume setting
• Manage pre-employment process for field positions
• Drive ongoing projects elements to completion
• Engage in teammate relations activities as necessary
• Accurately input and maintain the integrity of ATS for field positions
• Lead talent strategy for field population
• Partner with the HR team to align on organizational goals

• Travel may be required

Qualifications

• 3 years of progressive HR/TA experience
• 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• 1 plus years field support experience
• Experience successfully implementing strategies and process improvement       initiatives
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

 

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience partnering with HR on various initiatives
• Experience identifying opportunities and creating solutions
• Knowledge of HR related regulations and laws (e.g. FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA;   etc.)
• SAP & iCIMS experience
