This position directs, controls and organizes production teammate activities in a fast-paced environment. Provides a safe environment while ensuring the quality and quantity of the products meets departmental requirements. Communicates company objectives and plans work. Seeks continuous improvement opportunities. Aims to reach goals while working a continuous operating schedule.

6 years of production experience to include 2 years of supervisory experience OR
Bachelors degree OR
AS degree plus 2 years of supervisory experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment)
