Marketing Manager

BrandLinkDC seeks a marketing professional with 5-10 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter with a track-record and a passion for helping grow businesses through traditional and non-traditional marketing tactics. Someone who is a problem solver who can own our clients’ challenges and produce solutions that drive results.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Conceptualize, develop and execute exciting results-driven integrated marketing campaigns and plans that meet the objectives of clients
• Manage multiple projects from conception to completion by working closely with team members and management
• Produce and manage timelines, project challenges and ensure deadline and budget adherence
• Take on role as key client contact to foster a positive client-agency relationship
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and relationships with outside partners and assist clients with external sponsorships and partnerships
• Work with Director of Marketing on collaborative client projects
• Extensive knowledge of current events, industry new and trends to effectively communicate big ideas and trends to clients
• Aids in new business process including idea contribution, research and proposal preparation

Technical Skills & Qualifications:
• B.S/B.A in Marketing, Communications or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, event planning experience strongly preferred
• Highly resourceful, proactive and creative problem solver with ability to work in multi-faceted, fast paced environment
• Show strong initiative with ability to self manage and organize daily tasks and long term planning
