Sales & Marketing Associate - The Octagon

Bozzuto Management Company is seeking a self-driven professional to join our award-winning team as an onsite Sales & Marketing Associate at a Bozzuto managed community. From day one you will be highly involved in showcasing the community and creating great experiences for prospective and current residents to ensure they have an amazing place to call home.

Joining Bozzuto as a Sales & Marketing Associate is the first step toward a leadership role within the company. You will gain invaluable business, sales, and customer service/relationship building experience, and the opportunity to thrive and grow in the real estate and hospitality industries.

Expected Contributions:

  • Deliver timely and remarkable customer service to community residents.
  • Generate new leases and conduct tours of the apartment community.
  • Assist with innovative strategies that build positive buzz and key connections.
  • Support efforts to partner with nearby businesses, events, and other local organizations.
  • Help create engaging social media initiatives to connect residents, and manage posts.
  • Play a key role in resolving resident concerns and issues.

Required Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Proven track-record of providing excellent sales and customer service.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, as well as best practices for businesses.

Additional Requirements:

To perform the duties of a Sales & Marketing Associate, you must have the ability to work some weekends from 10:00am to 5:00pm on both Saturday and Sunday—while still enjoying two days off each week.
