Box is seeking someone to own the operational side of the relationship with one of our most strategic partners. Your responsibilities will range from meeting directly with the partner, to driving new process creation in collaboration with key organizations. Your goal is to implement process and systems improvements that impact our ability to work better with strategic partners and track progress easily. As an effective Principal Analyst, you will make it easy for Box's partners to do business with us by removing barriers and inventing an elite experience. You enjoy holding an externally-facing role and can skillfully navigate tough situations involving internal and external stakeholders. When the circumstances require it, you can be diplomatic and settle differences without hurting relationships. Your past experience includes working in sales or channel operations and collaborating cross-functionally in a dynamic business environment that requires you to operate within ambiguous situations and under multiple constraints. You are an active team player who takes initiative to not just identify problems but proactively implement solutions.
Here are a few additional qualities we're looking for:
- You have experience with designing or implementing objects like workflows, case management, and dashboards within Salesforce.
- You have demonstrated program management skills and experience with leveraging data to provide insights to stakeholders.
- You are resilient and adaptable when juggling multiple demands in the face of constraints, rapid change and adversity.
