Sr. Manager, Web Growth Product Manager

The Digital Marketing team is dedicated to building and operating an efficient and effective platform for acquiring and converting users. This is done by using digital activities to generate both pipeline for the sales organization and revenue through a world class web experience. 
 
Our digital PM team is new. You're getting in on the ground floor with an opportunity to build something epic! We're seeking an experienced web product manager to drive the creation of amazing digital customer experiences, turn Box.com into a conversion rate machine by creating and executing a robust A/B testing and personalization program, drive product SEO changes to increase demand and leverage our datasets to drive exceptional results.
 
Responsibilities
  • Lead our A/B testing and Personalization roadmap in order to hit our aggressive marketing goals
  • Lead the product SEO roadmap to ensure Box.com is a technically sound, SEO efficient website
  • Track and analyze web metrics and KPIs to assess site health, uncover customer insights and identify new opportunities to improve the performance of web
  • Oversee reporting for your key performance indicators for syndication to your key stakeholders
  • Partner closely with web engineering, design, digital marketing, sales, marketing operations, business analytics, brand and other key internal teams to ensure alignment and timely execution your roadmap
Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience Product-related role
  • Expertise in conversion rate optimization, personalization and various web analytics packages including Omniture, DemandBase, Google Search Console
  • Knowledge of SEO, particularly product SEO including crawl optimization, structured data and site performance
  • Strong background in quantitative analysis and the ability to properly set goals
  • Excellent organization and communications skills - clear writing means clear thinking. MUST be highly collaborative
  • Natural leadership skills and ability to work across multiple teams and with members at different levels
  • BA/BS degree from a top tier university, MBA a plus
