We are looking for a dynamic, creative, thoughtful leader who will provide exceptional development programming for Boxers worldwide which includes (and is not limited to) onboarding, learning and development curriculum for individuals and teams. In addition, this leader will also own all employee facing programming and learning events - including our Boxer employee resource group community and values programs.

You are a unicorn and you know it! First and foremost, you are a champion of inclusion and it permeates in your work outputs. You have demonstrated experience building and designing mind blowing learning and development programs for all employee levels that have a transformative behavioral and business impact. You have solved the elusive mystery of providing meaningful development programs for remote and global learners. You have a gift for program execution and operational excellence. You have demonstrated experience coaching and championing employee led groups and cohorts to achieve personal and collective success.

Excellent employee experience is a top priority for you; you go above and beyond to ensure every employee you touch feels inspired. Agility and resourcefulness is the name of your game!  You are comfortable in a fast-moving environment and bias towards action in the face of ambiguity.  You're an exceptional communicator, collaborator, while being business-savvy, and data-driven.  


  • 5+ years of learning and development experience including full-cycle curriculum design/deployment, and learning management systems
  • Experience working with Employee Resource Groups and inclusion based programming
  • Position is based in our Redwood City office, with flexibility to work out of our San Francisco office 1-2 times a week
