Sr. Manager - Go-To-Market Change Management

The GTM Change Management Sr. Manager will play a key role in ensuring enablement activities meet objectives by accelerating awareness, understanding, adoption and accountability of content by GTM Boxers. This person will focus on designing change management strategies to maximize employee uptake, understanding and minimize resistance, ultimately allowing our GTM Boxers to be as productive as possible. Additionally, the change manager will be responsible for high-touch enablement tactics, including resistance and risk mitigation, coaching leadership and stakeholder management.
 
This person will support GTM leaders and the GTM Enablement team directly, and will need to work cross functionally to succeed. The change manager will act as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor. The change manager may also provide direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions. The change manager will also support the enablement team in integrating change management activities into their project plans.
 
Roles and responsibilities of a change manager:
 
The change manager will:
  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities for GTM enablement priorities
  • Develop a change management process and tools to support adoption of the changes required by enablement efforts
  • Provide direct training, support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transition & growth
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of effective communications
  • Support training efforts: provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
  • Identify KPIs (measures of success) and implement + maintain dashboards to measure the success of enablement campaigns
  • Develop strategy for the ongoing maintenance of at-scale enablement content (GTM portal, Learncore, and knowledge base)
 
Additional responsibilities may include:
  • Identify, analyze and prepare risk & resistance mitigation tactics for process change management 
  • Support go-to-market organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
  • Integrate change management activities into broader GTM-related project plans
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness of enablement material
  • Manage the change portfolio across sellers and csms
 
Skills and qualifications:
  • 10+ years of change management and/or consulting experience with experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Experience working in a fast paced tech/SaaS environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
