We are looking for a Senior Executive Programs Manager within our Customer Success organization who knows how to run executive engagement programs, leverage our executives and account teams to support customer engagement at a strategic level, and ensure our top customers become our top champions.

Box senior leaders are eager to engage with our top customers and we need to take a programmatic approach as we scale our engagement model. We need you to help design and grow this program as part of a virtual, cross-functional team led by our Senior Director of Enterprise Strategy. As the Senior Executive Programs Manager, you are a critical component of a team that supports all efforts around building, driving and expanding executive relationships with our key prospects and customers through executive meetings, deep customer intelligence and meaningful engagement to help the business scale and grow.

As the Senior Executive Programs Manager, you will be exposed to IT strategy at Fortune 1000 organizations and how these companies are leveraging Box and SaaS to transform their operations and business. You will support our top executive's ability to align with and support this transformation while representing the voice of our customer back into Box. Your future could potentially expand into oversight of our customer advisory boards, executive briefing center, and various advocacy functions.
Who You Are
You have experience managing customer engagement programs and have a track record of enabling executive alignment with top accounts. You are motivated by developing deep customer relationships that are fueled by advocating on behalf of their needs. You have developed and/or scaled out cross-functional marketing, sales or customer success programs and possess an innate energy to drive projects to completion through collaboration with clients and internal resources across multiple teams.

- You are exceptionally organized and can juggle many tasks without losing sight of top priorities
- You are familiar with SFDC, Gcal, Zoom and other SaaS apps
