Sales Development - Outbound Business UK

At Box we are changing the way companies work, share content, and collaborate. We have grown year over year and are adding dynamic and energetic sales people to evangelise Box and uncover pivotal deals.
Our Outbound Business Representatives (OBRs) are a key part of a Regional Sales team consisting of a Sales Manager, Commercial, and/or Enterprise Sales Executives. You will support all levels of the sales organisation by finding new revenue opportunities that add to the total pipeline. You will make meaningful relationships with Senior Account Executives, Sales Engineers and Regional Directors along with potential future customers. You will have the opportunity to upsell and cross sell with key product offerings like Governance, KeySafe, Platform, and Zones.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of Qualified Opportunities
  • Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in Target and Prospect Accounts
  • Work closely with Sales Management, Regional Directors and individual Sales Reps to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business
  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel the Box Enterprise  Sales Pipeline
  • Create, prioritise, and qualify strategic target account lists within a defined territory
  • Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending regular emails, coordinating strategic discovery meetings)
  • Evangelise Cloud Content Management using Box
  • Prospecting experience
  • CRM experience is a must, SFDC a plus
  • SaaS experience a plus
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with excellent time management and organisational skills
