Sales Compensation Analyst

It's an amazing time to be working at Box and we need a bright, energetic Analyst to help support our rapidly growing Sales Team. Our salespeople are selling a disruptive vision of how Box can help manage content in the digital age, modernize workflows, and build custom applications. We need Sales focused on selling; it's our job to ensure they understand their compensation plan, and are getting paid accurately each month.

You ask a lot of questions, don't blindly accept the status quo, and always peel the onion back to get to the right answer. In order to be successful at Box, you are comfortable with a fast paced environment, demonstrate persistence to overcome obstacles, and can adapt to changes quickly.
Here's the fine print:
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales compensation, commission calculations, and sales support
  • Proficient in Xactly Incent and Salesforce
  • Advanced Excel and data mining skills
