Recruiting Coordinator (contract)

The Recruiting Team at Box is focused on attracting, inspiring, and hiring the best talent as we go dominate the world of enterprise content management! We're currently looking to bring in a contract Recruiting Coordinator to join our Candidate Experience team and help us hire the next generation of Boxers.
 
What to Expect:
 
In this role, you will learn the ins-and-outs of the recruiting process and what it takes to grow a company. This is an open-contract position.
 
You can expect to:
  • Act as the "first face" and Brand Ambassador of Box as you interact with candidates
  • Become an expert at operational excellence; you will be able to teach others best practices around interview processes and systems
  • Be a critical information hub for Recruiters and Hiring Teams, thanks to your high contact and involvement with candidates and interviewers
  • Get exposure to and learn about all aspects of Recruiting 
  • Learn about the different organizations that make up the company, and how they work together to get results
 
What will I actually do?
 
  • Drive candidates' interview process by working closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers
  • Coordinate phone, video, and in-person interviews
  • Communicate with candidates regularly via email and phone
  • Drive Candidate Experience initiatives to ensure every candidate that walks through our doors has a differentiated and outstanding experience
  • Implement process and operational improvements that make our interviews more effective

  • Hyper-organized and attentive to detail. You are that friend that plans trips for the group and has to-do lists for your to-do lists!

Other Qualifications:
  • B.S./B.A.
  • Experience making the impossible happen (e.g. operations, event planning, process creation, project management)
