MBA Rotational Leadership Program (2018 Graduates)

Purpose

At Box, we believe that cross-functional team players are the key to growth and innovation. Throughout the 20-month program, you'll work on business-critical, CEO-commissioned initiatives across diverse teams, gaining a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to run a successful cloud company.
 
Our goal is to develop leaders through a multi-faceted MBA rotational program. You will delve into three rotations, working on high-impact projects for three different teams at Box. These teams could include Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Platform, Product Management, Customer Success, Finance, Business Operations, People, and more. You’ll fully integrate yourself into each team and bring your leadership skills, strategic problem-solving expertise, resourcefulness, and creativity to develop and execute impactful business initiatives. You could even have the opportunity to take on an international rotation!

You can build relationships and connections across organizations, driving alignment on key decisions and executing cross-collaborative results. You are a strategic thinker and have the ability to think critically and evaluate problems beyond a single organization, but through the lens of what's good for the company. You're a lifelong learner that is looking to build your brand and skills in an imaginative, empowering environment. You thrive in ambiguity and enjoy taking ownership and initiative, using you resourcefulness and grit to challenge the status quo, come up with creative solutions, and manage multiple workstreams at once. You have the ability to influence and motivate others. You are data-driven and understand the business and the metrics that drive success. Most of all, you bring this entire ethos to work every day, where you can drive cross-functional collaboration with every team at Box to ensure the business continues to excel.
 
You must also have your MBA degree conferred by Summer 2018.
