Box is growing. Marketing Operations has a critical role and in enabling to this growth. As a Manager/Sr. Manager on the Marketing Operations (MOPS) team, you will represent MOPS function in campaign planning, technology implementation and process creation/governance across several Go-To-Market functions. You will ensure MOPS is seen as a trusted consultant to our clients by collaborating with other team members and creating strong connections to the business leaders.

Here are a few additional qualities that we're looking for:
- You are Marketo certified and have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- You successfully project manage cross-functional initiatives resulted in quality products delivered on time and on budget
- You are committed to collaborate with business partners to drive campaign planning process including audience segmentation and prioritization
- You are comfortable with some level of ambiguity and resolving conflicts constructively while being a solution oriented partner to the business.
