Manager, Recruiting

Box is scaling. We're in our awkward teenage years and trying to figure out how to grow. And we can't grow the company without effectively enabling and supporting our Recruiting Team. We're looking to bring in a leader that will do just that. As a Manager on the Recruiting Team, you will lead a team of recruiters responsible for hiring across several Go-To-Market functions.  You will enable your team members to do their best work and create strong connections to the business, thus ensuring Recruiting is a trusted consultant to our clients. 
In this role, you'll focus on driving team engagement and strategy - everything from creating a vision and setting goals, to motivating team members. Career development and coaching for your team members will be a top priority. You'll also partner closely with the organizations your team supports, regularly checking in with leaders and hiring managers to ensure we are in lock step and providing the best customer experience. 
We have a team of committed, business-savvy Recruiters who are eager to learn and grow. They focus on providing strategic consultancy to the business and being champions for our candidates. We want to bring in a Manager who will support and up-level the team through a compelling vision, effective planning and execution, and a constant focus on development. Bonus points if you can keep up with the constant exchange of funny memes!
