Manager, Change Management and Customer Education

As the Manager of the Change Management and Education team in NYC, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding the Change Management and Education business in the Eastern region, providing user-adoption and Change Management thought leadership, and building and elevating the NYC Change Management and Education team. You will partner with the Sales, Implementation and Technical Consulting leaders to drive a solution-oriented approach to how we sell and deliver to our customers. You will work with the Global Change Management and Education teams and other cross-functional partners to drive Change Management thought leadership, capitalize on regional best practices, and foster continuous innovation to how we drive change across our customer base, evolving our practices in alignment with Box's growth.

You are able to partner with business leaders to align people strategies with technology strategies. You are a great communicator who is able to develop strong partnerships with internal, cross-functional teams and drive and measure business results. You can easily shift from visioning to doing and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves. You’re curious and a lifelong learner eager to push the boundaries of the change management field to drive deep and lasting change across Box's customers.
