The GTM On-boarding Manager will be in a key role within the Global GTM Enablement organization at Box. The mission of the team is to increase impact through best-in-class enablement programs centered around role-based knowledge, skill development and strong leadership coaching. This role will define, build, and maintain go-to-market on-boarding / bootcamp (a.k.a. BoxCamp) programs as well as network with key subject matter experts to ensure content is meaningful. You have a knack for monitoring various metrics and KPIs to ensure the program is making a successful impact at Box. You will also have a specialization in Challenger selling and ability to educate and facilitate around this approach. The ideal candidate is a high energy, driven individual with enablement / on-boarding experience and appreciates working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
- Establish seamless on-boarding process for Sales & Customer Success new hires, working closely with segment and departmental leads
- Identify the knowledge and skills required for successful outcomes of all sales / CS roles
- Ensure successful on-boarding and ongoing enablement of the on-boarded teams
- Focus on automation and scale of your programs to ensure growth of the enablement practice
- Manage all set-up, booking, and communications of on-boarding bootcamp (BoxCamp) attendees, presenters and extended team
- Align and execute programs that build foundational capability for role-based knowledge and skills
- Create the tools and programs that support the knowledge , skill development and leader coaching of the BoxCamp program
- Build relationship with key business sales stakeholders required to support on-boarding and understanding of the ongoing needs
Requirements / Qualifications
- Experience as part of or supporting an on-boarding program
- Proven track record of being highly motivated and self-directed
- Ability to work in a dynamic shifting environment
- Background with CEB's Challenger selling approch
- Demonstrated ability to establish and manage project priorities and timelines to achieve results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Attention to detail is critical
- BS required
- 5+ years in the sales or enablement field
- Preferably 2+ years in an on-boarding or training function
- Based in our Redwood City, CA headquarters
