GTM Enablement Content Manager (Redwood City, CA)

The Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement Content Manager is a key role within the Global GTM Enablement organization at Box. The mission of the team is to increase the impact of Box's Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams through best-in-class enablement programs centered around role-based knowledge, skill development and strong leadership coaching.  This role will be responsible for the strategy and management of the enablement content and learning systems, along with the metrics and analysis of the user effectiveness and impact.  This role requires having strong background and understanding of content management strategies and approaches and learning systems.  It also requires analytical skills, while being able to work effectively with cross functional teams.

  • Build relationship with key business stakeholders required to define user needs and assess outcomes
Requirements / Qualifications 
  • Experience supporting a team with learning and content management
  • Proven track record of being highly motivated and self-directed 
  • Ability to work in a dynamic shifting environment
  • Preferred background with learning management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and manage project priorities and timelines to achieve results 
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills  
  • Attention to detail is critical 
  • BS required  
  • 5+ years in the systems management and analysis field
  • Preferably 2+ years in the areas of learning and enablement
  • Based in our Redwood City, CA headquarters
