Executive Assistant - SVP People, VP Recruiting, and General Counsel

We're seeking a bright, resourceful and dynamic Executive Assistant to support our SVP, People, VP, Recruiting, and General Counsel. As the critical right hand to the three executives this person will support, the Executive Assistant is the master problem-solver and resident logistics guru. This role supports the ultimate success of the People and Legal teams at Box.

The team is looking for someone who is able to understand high-level business priorities and translate these into day-to-day operations, managing dynamic schedules in fast-changing environments. You can navigate ambiguity with aplomb. You have a bias towards action and results, but care just as much about the 'how' of getting it done as you do about the 'what' of the end-result.
