Box is looking for a dedicated, driven, and detail-oriented Executive Assistants to support the growing sales organization and its leaders. The role will directly support the Senior Vice President of North American Field sales and 3 Area Vice Presidents that role up to the SVP. The sales team at Box is a large and dynamic organization and as an EA you will be at its heart. This role interacts with a wide range of personnel and information both within and outside of the sales team and thus over time you will become a go to person within the organization. Key strengths for this role are the ability to multi-task, prioritize, be proactive, and communicate clearly and effectively. The core functions of the role will be calendar management, travel arrangement, and monthly expense report reconciliation. Beyond these core functions you will be an important culture carrier for Box and the sales team. You will be integral in planning weekly/monthly team meetings and quarterly special team events. Finally, it is necessary in this role to be a master problem solver and to be able to identify and tackle issues before they become a problem.
Manage the complex and dynamic schedule of each executive. Includes coordinating with both internal and external parties.
Arrange domestic and international travel.
Prepare monthly expense reports.
Plan and coordinate team meetings and special team events.
Manage special projects and assignments.
Serve as a liaison for your executives to other teams and departments.
1-3 years of EA or related coordination/administrative experience (e.g. recruiting or event admin support, complex logistics management, detailed scheduling, etc.)
Experience in mid size or large companies
Strong people skills and a proven record of building successful relationships.
Excellent project management, prioritization and organizational skills.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Experience with Google Calendar and Concur is a plus!
