You will work directly with the Engineering Business Operations team, where you'll learn critical skills on the job about what it takes to run a 300+ person org. Who you are
You are proactive with a strong aptitude for learning. You thrive in a role where you facilitate and enable the success of others. You are self directed, yet collaborative and your motto is no job is too big, or too small. You think with your big company hat on which is reflected in your day-to-day prioritization and execution. You have experience in making the impossible happen (operations, executive support, project/process management, etc.) so your special power is being able to see the big picture while having the insane attention to detail to execute on all the moving parts and make it happen. You are self-directed and navigate ambiguity with aplomb. You have a bias towards action and results, but care just as much about the 'how' of getting it done as you do about the 'what' of the end-result. Simply put, you get sh*t done, and like to have fun doing it.
