Enterprise Renewal Manager (Redwood City, CA)

Our Renewals Sales Team is a group responsible for renewals and upsells and we're looking for someone to join us in the Bay Area. Our salespeople are selling a disruptive vision of how Box can help manage content in the digital age, modernize workflows, or build custom applications. 
 
These are just a few of the problems Box salespeople solve for the largest companies in the world. It's not an easy job, but someone needs to change how the world works.

Who you are  
In order to be a successful seller at Box, you will be skilled at using research to gain insight into customer challenges, identifying key stakeholders, and challenge customers' thinking about how Box can transform the way their businesses work. You will retain and increase subscription revenue, usage, subscriptions and market share in existing customer accounts while achieving individual goals on a monthly basis.
 
You will engage in consultative discovery conversations to uncover account expansion and multi-year subscription opportunities, and articulate the vision of Cloud Content Management with CIOs, key business stakeholders, and IT executives. 
 
Here's the fine print...  
  • 3+ years of renewal sales experience with Enterprise accounts
  • Prior success in ECM, Cloud, or SaaS sales
  • Proven successful track record of exceeding sales quotas
