The Customer Marketing Manager is a critical hire for Box. You will have a direct impact on accelerating the growth of the business in a highly visible role. You know the in's and out's of our customer data and will identify behaviors that indicate possible lifecycle changes (e.g., churn, stickiness). Driven by KPI's you've developed as a way of understanding the impact, you will create highly targeted, integrated marketing campaigns that drive upsell, cross-sell, retention and advocacy opportunities. Ultimately, we are working to create a strong culture of rapid experimentation, measurement, and iteration that will impact Box's growth.

You will be responsible for defining customer segmentation, developing and executing targeted campaigns based on customer lifecycle and critical trigger points. You are an experienced marketer with at least 3 years of prior experience focused in a customer marketing role. You have a track record of creating and executing highly successful marketing campaigns that are rooted data. Your ability to analyze this data drives impactful results and influence across the organization. You're already two steps ahead when you see a challenge and come to the table with solutions.
